Dream of Destiny

feels strange, celebrating by myself on this day
lonely at starbucks i am, at the edge of the country called singapore
away from loved ones, away from hated ones
counting the hours ahead
in time i reach the homeland, by then the day would be over

yet, i am still feeling content, for what i wish for on this birthday
.7% of them are fulfilled, though not an accepting number
it is one i can feel content with
for numbers are only numbers, the contents are what counts
